Welcome to Betpark. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member", "you", "your") and Betpark ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://betpark.lat and all associated services, platforms, applications and features operated under the Betpark brand (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. You further confirm that you accept our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

In these Terms, unless context requires otherwise, the following definitions shall apply:

To open and maintain a Betpark account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
2. You are not residing in a Prohibited Jurisdiction as identified by Betpark from time to time.
3. You are registering on your own behalf, as an individual natural person, and not on behalf of a third party, corporation or other legal entity.
4. You do not have an existing active or previously closed Betpark account unless Betpark has expressly authorised the re-opening of an account.
5. You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities in your jurisdiction of residence.
6. You are not a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of an employee or director of Betpark or any associated entity.
7. You are not self-excluded from the Platform or any associated responsible gambling scheme.

Each individual may hold no more than one registered account on the Betpark Platform at any given time. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number and email address, at all times.

You must keep your account credentials strictly confidential. You must not share your username, password or any access codes with any third party. Betpark will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to an account where the Member has failed to maintain the security of their credentials.

Betpark operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. Before processing any withdrawal, and in some cases before activating certain deposit methods, Betpark may require you to submit identity and proof-of-address documentation. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to:

• Valid Malaysian MyKad (front and back), Passport, or Driver's Licence
• Proof of residential address — utility bill, bank statement or telecommunications bill issued within the preceding three months
• A clear selfie photograph holding your primary identity document

Betpark undertakes to process submitted KYC documents within 24 to 48 business hours. Members are advised to upload only clear, unaltered, legible images through the secure upload facility within the account settings area.

Betpark accepts deposits via a range of payment methods suited to Malaysian Members. Supported channels include DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, as well as select cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT) and others listed on the Platform from time to time.

All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — meaning funds transferred from an account or wallet not belonging to you — are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.

Minimum deposit amounts and applicable processing fees vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. MYR is the primary account currency. Cryptocurrency deposits will be converted to a MYR-equivalent value at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt.

Betpark does not charge Members a deposit fee for standard methods, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. Members are responsible for understanding any charges levied by their chosen payment provider.

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed as promptly as operationally practicable. Betpark aims to process the majority of withdrawal requests within one to five business days, depending on the selected payment method and any applicable compliance review requirements.

Betpark requires that withdrawals be directed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent qualifying deposit, where technically supported. This policy forms part of Betpark's anti-money laundering and financial control framework.

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• The Member's account must have passed full KYC verification.
• Any applicable Wagering Requirements attached to active Bonuses must be fully satisfied.
• No active compliance investigation, fraud review or security hold must be pending on the account.
• The requested withdrawal amount must not exceed any applicable maximum withdrawal limit in force at the time of the request.

Betpark reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending the resolution of a disputed transaction, a pending compliance check, or where Betpark has reasonable grounds to suspect irregular or fraudulent activity.

Betpark offers various promotional Bonuses including welcome packages, reload bonuses, cashback offers, cryptocurrency deposit bonuses, referal rewards and VIP programme benefits. Each promotion is governed by specific terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

The following general principles apply to all Betpark promotional offers unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (as stated in the relevant promotion) before withdrawal of any bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Typical wagering multipliers range from 10x to 30x the Bonus amount.
• Maximum Bet: While a Bonus is active, individual bets generally may not exceed MYR 350 per round, spin or market. Betpark reserves the right to void winings generated in breach of this limit.
• Game Contribution: Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games and live dealer games may contribute between 10% and 20.
• Expiry: Unclaimed or un-wagered Bonus amounts will expire and be removed from accounts after 7, 14 or 30 days as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• One Bonus Policy: Only one Bonus may be active per account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Abuse: Any use of Bonus funds in a manner designed to exploit promotions, circumvent wagering requirements or gain an unfair advantage — including through coordinated multi-account activity — will result in Bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

All bets and wagers placed on the Betpark Platform are subject to the general and sport-specific rules published on the Platform. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable rules for the relevant market.

Sports betting markets — including football, EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, basketball and other events — are governed by event-specific settlement rules. Betpark reserves the right to declare a market void where an event is abandoned, postponed for more than 24 hours without a rescheduled date, or affected by circumstances outside the ordinary conduct of the sport.

Casino and live dealer game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer studios, by physical game mechanics conducted by trained dealers under regulated studio conditions. Results are final once a game round has been completed and confirmed within the Platform system.

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to a system malfunction, data feed failure, or clearly incorrect pricing — Betpark reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the stake amounts to the relevant Member accounts. No claim for consequential loss will be accepted in such circumstances.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Betpark Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referal to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform (duplicate accounts).
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration, KYC or at any other time.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21 years.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other artificial means to access or interact with the Platform.
• Coluding with other Members to exploit bonuses, games or markets.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraudulent payments or use of stolen financial instruments.
• Making abusive, threatening or harassing communications toward Betpark staff or other users.
• Circumventing responsible gambling tools or self-exclusion measures through creation of new accounts.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction via VPN, proxy or other masking technology.
• Any other conduct that Betpark, at its reasonable discretion, determines to be harmful the integrity, security or reputation of the Platform.

Betpark reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Member account without prior notice where there is a reasonable basis to believe that a Member has engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information, breached these Terms, or where action is required to comply with applicable law or a regulatory directive.

You may request the voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting Betpark's customer support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified account balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of all applicable compliance checks and provided no Bonus Wagering Requirements remain unfulfilled on funds subject to withdrawal.

Where an account is closed by Betpark due to a breach of these Terms, Betpark may retain any Bonus funds, Bonus-derived winnings and funds associated with irregular transactions pending full compliance review.

All content on the Betpark Platform, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, icons, software code, game content, design elements and branding (collectively, "Content"), is the property of Betpark or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, reproduce, publish, licence, frame, mirror or otherwise exploit any Content without the prior written consent of Betpark.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Betpark, its officers, directors, employees and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or these Terms.

Betpark does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Members use the Platform at their own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Betpark is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Betpark offers the following tools to all eligible Members to help manage their participation:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit limits from within their account settings.
• Session Reminders: Members may configure time-based alerts to remind them of the duration of their active gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Members may apply a temporary restriction on their account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who believe their gambling has become problematic may request a longer-term self-exclusion by contacting Betpark's support team. Self-exclusion periods of 6 months, 1 year or permanent exclusion are available.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.
